Joseph is a senior at Virginia Tech majoring in Economics. With a background spanning real estate analysis, construction estimating, and strategic data modeling, he brings a sharp, multidisciplinary approach to Freehold. Joseph has worked across public and private markets, gaining deep insights into land development, zoning, and investment trends. He leads Freehold with vision, precision, and relentless ambition.

Chief Policy & Regulatory Officer

Asher is a Policy & Government major at Oregon State with robust experience in law, public affairs, and land use policy. He’s worked with regional governments and advised on urban planning strategy, bringing legal nuance and regulatory clarity to Freehold’s analytics. Asher ensures our insights align with evolving policy frameworks and compliance trends across jurisdictions.
